At Revoltino Women, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color shipped by us).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • An item is missing from the order package.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The product contains stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or signs of usage.
  • The return request is submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The product was purchased during a final sale, clearance sale, or special promotional offer (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with supporting photos and an unboxing video.
  3. Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our shipping partner.
  4. The returned item will undergo a quality inspection after it reaches our warehouse.

Quality Check & Approval

All returned products are inspected by our quality team.

If the returned item is found to be:

  • Used or worn
  • Washed or altered
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Damaged due to customer handling

the return request will be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers will be required to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Please note that shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.
